Salim brings over 10 years of full-time educator experience coupled with comprehensive legal knowledge and skills. He graduated from John Jay College of Criminal Justice (2008) and North Carolina Central University School of Law (2012). His background includes extensive experience in law school admissions, K-12 and university administration, plus accreditation and compliance matters.
Currently licensed in New Jersey and Utah, with plans to expand in New York, The Law Office of Salim A. McDowell serves clients seeking trusted, knowledgeable legal counsel. We represent New Jersey residents and New Jersey real estate owners as of September 17, 2026. Utah residents plus Utah real estate owners in near future and New York, once sworn in.
